Five 5Ks. 24 Hours.
Miss the thrill of a live event? Join us for a contactless, self-paced, app-guided experience that challenges you to complete five 5Ks in 24 hours, all around the Denver metro area.
The Facts:
- Five 5Ks
- $55 (or use discount code 3X5K to register for $33 for three 5Ks)
- 24 Hours
- One Metro Area
- 7:00 p.m. Friday until 7:00 p.m. Saturday
How does it work?
We will map out five 5K courses all around the Denver metro area and you’ve got 24 hours – from 7:00 p.m. on October 16 to 7:00 p.m. on October 17 – to run (or walk) as many of them as you want. It’s safe, contactless, self-paced, and app-guided.
We may not be able to get together in groups, but we can still experience the thrill of a live event, a community of people taking on the same challenge on the same day. And we’ll be doing some good along the way – if you register with the option to support one of our local charity partners.
For a registration fee of $55, you'll get:
Bib
Recognition medal
QR code which will serve as your event ticket
Five mapped 5K courses
Over 24 hours
Or pay a $33 registration fee to access three of the 5K courses. Use code 3X5K when you register to select this option.
If you register with the option to fundraise, you’ll also get an online fundraising page where you can collect donations to support one of our charity partners.
We will set up five start lines - at Elitch Gardens, Carpenter Park, Clement Park, Utah Park, and Parker Arts Center. You choose when to go to each course within the 24-hour race period. When you arrive at each one, you’ll scan your QR code to receive a text with a link to your 5K route in RunGo. Scan again as you leave to confirm you finished the course. Share your times on our Strava group to show off!
Due to city and county mandates, all participants MUST wear a mask in both the start/finish line area and on the course for the Denver 5K. No more than five people may be in the start/finish line area at a time, so please remain safely distanced at all times and remain in your car if the red flag is posted on the start line.
