Leukemia Texas is dedicated to improving the lives of those with leukemia through the funding of research and patient aid in Texas. This platinum-rated, award-winning non-profit organization has been around for over 48 years, and 100% of their funds raised in Texas stay in Texas.

Through their patient aid program, Leukemia Texas provides direct financial assistance to leukemia patients in Texas who need help paying for prescribed treatment expenses uncovered by insurance.

Through their research program, Leukemia Texas is committed to supporting translational science and advancing research careers in Texas. Leukemia Texas-supported findings are often translated into guidelines that help providers improve care for their patients, which may ultimately lead to a cure for leukemia.

The Parkinson’s Foundation makes life better for people with Parkinson’s disease by improving care and advancing research toward a cure. 

For over half a century, they’ve made tangible progress on all fronts, from the largest clinical study of Parkinson’s ever, which has significantly improved care, to breakthrough treatments. Today, they continue to:

Less than half of well-educated women know the signs and symptoms of preeclampsia. The Preeclampsia Foundation is working to improve the resources available to all women by providing evidence-based educational materials. They train over 4,000 healthcare professionals each year, so they can better serve their patients. Through their patient registry, funding research grants, and conducting their own research they are determined to find a cause and cure.
